Forward Deployed Human
The Hub runs AI-first. Agents handle pipelines, follow-ups, dashboards. What agents can't do is walk the floor. That's the job.
Day cycle
The Hub Bengaluru is a builder ecosystem — a physical campus where residencies, Night School, events, and a dozen living brands run in parallel. A Forward Deployed Human is the layer AI can't replace: judgment, presence, and ownership deployed at the point of contact.
What you'll do
- 01Live on the floor
Residencies, Night School, events, walk-ins. In the room, not behind a dashboard.
- 02Connect people before they ask
Know every builder, their build, and their ask. Make the intro that moves work forward.
- 03Catch and close loops daily
A resident is blocked, a guest is lost, a session is drifting. You see it first and fix it.
- 04Onboard humans into the system
New residents, members, and partners land soft: oriented, connected, shipping within days.
- 05Feed the machine
What you see on the floor becomes signal, routed into the systems the rest of the team runs on.
- 06Hold the standard
The room's energy, the quality bar, the culture of shipping. You protect it in person, every day.
What you won't do

Manage from a screen. If an agent can do it, an agent does.

Who you are
You've run rooms, events, communities, or teams — with stories to prove it.
Real judgment. You read people fast and act on it.
You see what's slipping and pick it up unprompted.
You work with the agent layer, not around it.
Builders mid-build, events mid-flight, plans mid-pivot.
Strong plus: hospitality, community, or residency program experience; you've built something of your own; comfortable on camera and in front of a room.
Paid 111-day build cycle.
We don't hire off a resume for this one. Up to 11 people join a paid 111-day build cycle at The Hub. One is selected to build full-time. The other ten leave with mentorship and placement across our network.
