Ask 111 humans what happens next.

The Cultural Intelligence Exchange

111 builders live and work at The Hub in Bengaluru. They pick up tools early, drop them early, and argue about it in the hallway. Fully Opinionated takes what we see on the floor and puts it to a few hundred thousand people who will disagree. You get both halves: what the frontier does, and what the rest of the country says about it.

WHY THIS EXISTS
The opportunity

You commission a study in March. You read it in May. The behaviour you paid to understand moved in April.

We run the observation without stopping, so you can query it the week you need it. The cohort lives here. The question engine already has an audience. Nothing gets spun up for your brief.

THE DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Sell the signal.
Protect the source.

You can learn what is changing without learning who said it. That line decides everything else on this page.

What you get

  1. 01

    Aggregated behavioural patterns

  2. 02

    Consented, anonymous opinion clusters

  3. 03

Cultural tensions and contradictions in the cohort

  4. 04

    Trend velocity across months

  5. 05

    AI synthesis of recurring themes

  6. 06

Interpretation from the researchers who sit in the room

  7. 07

Structured tests of your questions, concepts and narratives

What you never get

  • ×

    Raw personally identifiable data

  • ×

    Individual participant histories

  • ×

    Private conversations

  • ×

    Sensitive personal attributes

  • ×

    Unconsented recordings or transcripts

  • ×

Persistent profiles tied to real identities

  • ×

Contact with a participant because they answered your question

These 111 people signed up to build here. They did not sign up to become your sample.

One engine. Three ways in.

03 LAYERS

You are buying access to the same engine at three depths. The engine runs whether you subscribe or not.

01

The Intelligence Subscription

Watch the frontier.

You read weekly signals from the floor and a monthly brief that connects them. When a signal starts moving, we flag it that week instead of holding it for the quarterly.

EXAMPLE

A beauty brand tracks one question for a year: what does looking healthy mean to a 24-year-old in Bengaluru now that filters, procedures, protein and dermatology have collapsed into one category? You watch that answer move month by month.

WHAT LANDS IN YOUR INBOX
  • Weekly frontier signals
  • Monthly cultural briefs
  • Quarterly deep analysis
  • Opinion timelines
  • Contradiction maps
  • Searchable archives
  • Anonymised quotes
  • FO pulse results
  • Field observations from the floor
  • Analyst commentary
  • Acceleration alerts

Why you pay: lead time. The brief costs us little to produce. Seeing the shift a year before your category sees it is the thing you are buying.

02

The Question Lab

Ask the frontier.

You bring one question you cannot answer from your own data. We observe it at The Hub, then Fully Opinionated puts it to the wider public. You get a decision brief, not a 90-slide deck.

QUESTIONS WE HAVE BEEN HANDED
  • Are young professionals losing interest in owning things?
  • What does premium mean once anyone can generate anything?
  • Is dating-app fatigue pushing people back offline?
  • Would you trust an AI nutritionist over a human influencer?
  • Does "sustainability" still mean anything to a 22-year-old buyer?
  • What makes someone leave the house for a store?

GOVERNANCE

You sponsor the question. You do not sponsor the answer. If the cohort says your thesis is wrong, the brief says your thesis is wrong. That is the reason to trust the briefs that come back the other way.

The Co-Creation Lab

Build with the frontier.

Bring a prototype. The cohort lives with it for 11 days or 111. They break it, rename it, use it for something you did not design, or abandon it by day four. We log all of it, including the abandonment.

Then FO takes the tension outward and asks the public:

  • Would you want an AI that knew every purchase you made?
  • Would you let it speak for you?
  • At what point does convenience become surveillance?

We do not measure whether people like your product. We watch the culture your product builds around itself.

Your money buys research capacity. It does not buy influence over what the cohort concludes.

Which one are you?

SELF QUALIFY

Read the three lines. Pick the one that sounds like your Monday.

We keep getting surprised by our own category.

Start with the Subscription.

We have one question and six people arguing about the answer.

Start with the Question Lab.

We built the thing and nobody can tell us how people will live with it.

Start with the Co-Creation Lab.

You do not need a call to work this out. Mail us the question and we will tell you which one fits, or that none of them do.

WHAT WE TURN DOWN

We say no to about half of what arrives.

Saying it here saves us both a meeting.

  • ×

A question you already answered in-house and want us to validate

  • ×

Any request for participant contact details, at any price

  • ×

Category exclusivity past the agreed window

  • ×

A brief where the answer changes nothing you would actually do

The last one kills more proposals than the other three combined. If the research cannot change a decision you are about to make, you are buying a document.

Explicit and consented

Most partners subscribe. Some commission a question. A few build with us.

THE MOAT

We do not sell research projects. We keep a living cultural model running and let you query it.

Every consented signal adds to the ontology. Every FO question opens a new cluster. Every brand question sends us somewhere we had not looked. Every prototype the cohort abandons teaches us more than the ones they keep.

One engine. Many windows.

THE PRIVACY ARCHITECTURE

We designed the trust layer before the revenue layer. If a resident starts feeling like a research subject, the cohort empties and you have nothing to buy. Consent here is granular, reversible, and worth something to the person giving it.

0
Private

Never enters the system. Private messages, medical and financial information, private rooms, anything captured without consent.

1
Collective anonymous

Used after aggregation. “61% of participating residents reported X.”

2
Consented research

The participant opts into one study by name.

3
Public contributor

The participant chooses attribution.

Default downward, never upward. Nothing moves into a more public zone without fresh consent.

MINIMUM COHORT THRESHOLDS
  • No brand-facing slice below the anonymity floor

  • No filter combination that isolates a person

  • Higher floors on sensitive categories

  • Separate consent for quotation

  • Explicit consent for image and video

If you can work out who the human is, we have not anonymised enough.

A DATA TRUST, NOT A DATA MINE

We tell the cohort the same thing we tell you: you are helping build knowledge about how humans and machines are learning from each other. You are not inventory.

Your money finances the infrastructure. It does not buy the collective intelligence underneath it.

What you are buying

05 THINGS
01
Proximity

You see behaviour before your category prices it in.

02
Context

You learn why someone switched, not that 61% switched.

03
Contradiction

You get the argument, not the average.

04
Velocity

You watch an opinion move across eleven months.

05
Interpretation

Someone who sat in the room tells you what to do on Monday.

AI made generic information free. Consented human signal with context attached got more expensive. Both of those happened in the same eighteen months.

POSITIONING

Bangalore is the laboratory.

111 humans are the sensors.

Fully Opinionated is the question engine.

Humanity is the response surface.

The cohort gives us permission to understand patterns. You pay us to interpret them. The humans stay out of the transaction.
