LESSON 1.1 · 8 MIN · LIVE
How the universe is shaped
Sun, orbits and nodes — the mental model behind every Hubverse page.
Key ideas
One sun
The Hub Bengaluru is the physical center. Everything else orbits a real place with real people in it.
Orbits are relationships
A ring is not a department. It describes how close a body sits to the center and what it trades.
Nodes and the graph
Every page, person and project is a node. Value comes from the links between nodes, not from any single one.
Do the work
Pick one loop. Finish it. That is the whole test.

DAY
Draw your own map
- List five people or projects you work with.

DAYS
Test the links
- Pick the three weakest links on your map.
- Make one concrete exchange happen on each.
- Note what moved and what did not.

111
DAYS
Redraw and compare
- Redraw the map from memory.
- Compare it to day one.
- Write what you would keep, cut and add.
