LESSON 4.1 · 10 MIN · LIVE
Ship in 1 / 11 / 111-day loops
The cadence every Hubverse project runs on: a day, a sprint, a season.
Key ideas
1 day: prove intent
Do the smallest real version today. Intention is cheap; a first move is not.
11 days: prove intensity
Repeat and adjust. Eleven days is long enough to see a pattern and short enough to stay honest.
111 days: prove it compounds
A season shows whether the work keeps paying back or quietly stops. Review, then decide.
Do the work
Pick one loop. Finish it. That is the whole test.
1
DAY
Pick one thing and start
- Write the project in one sentence.
- Do one action that a stranger could see.
- Write tomorrow's action before you stop.
Done when: One visible action and a written next step.
11
DAYS
Sprint it
- Work on it every day for eleven days.
- Log one line per day.
- On day eleven, decide: continue, change or stop.
Done when: Eleven log lines and a written decision.
111
DAYS
Run a season
- Set three checkpoints across 111 days.
- Invite one collaborator from the network.
- Publish an honest review at the end.
Done when: A public or shared review with what worked and what did not.
