LESSON 3.1 · 11 MIN · LIVE

What capital needs to see

Turning activity into evidence a partner or backer can trust.

Key ideas

Evidence over adjectives

Say what happened, when, and with whom. Label what is live, what is a pilot and what is only proposed.

Money follows attention

Capital enters where people already show up. Show the attention first; the ask comes second.

Make the exchange explicit

Every partner should be able to say in one line what they give and what they get back.

Do the work

Pick one loop. Finish it. That is the whole test.

1
DAY

Write your truth table

  1. List everything you claim about your work.
  2. Mark each item LIVE, PILOT or PROPOSED.
  3. Delete anything you cannot back up.

Done when: A one-page table with honest labels.

11

Collect proof

  1. For each LIVE item, gather one dated piece of evidence.
  2. For each PILOT, write what would make it LIVE.
  3. Share the table with one person you trust.

Done when: Evidence attached to every LIVE row and feedback noted.

111
DAYS

Move one row up

  1. Pick one PILOT item.
  2. Run it until it meets your LIVE criteria.
  3. Update the table and date the change.

Done when: At least one item honestly promoted from PILOT to LIVE.
